Let go of plans,

⁣Let go of ‘the next thing’,

Let go of reflections, ⁣

Let go of analysis, ⁣

Let go of the WHYs.⁣⁣

Stop being in your head and JUST BE in your breath.⁣⁣⁣

Do it with me now.⁣

Inhale through your nose, relax your body, straight to your belly.

On a count of 1,  2,  3

Exhale with a sigh, through your mouth. 

On a count of 1,  2,  3

Hold your breath out for a bit… staying calm and relaxed in your body.

Counting in your head 1,  2,  3

Repeat this 3x and let the last one out with a BIIIGG sigh…
