Something causes (triggers) the gas (the emotion) to form inside your tummy.

It manifests “physically” and causes a lot of discomfort and even pain.

It is still an emotion that needs to “come out” and most of the time, there’s a bigger lesson that follows.

But even if there isn’t, just letting it out, helps lots.

You might already know, but you can only hold that fart in for so long.

Eventually, it will find its way out…

Anger is the same.

Sometimes we push it down, don’t express or even acknowledge it…

But it will come out, one way or another. So be consciously expressing your anger instead of letting it get out of control.

Now be a polite human being and fart outside, trust me, you don’t want to be that person who farts inside an elevator. wink
