We are all living and dying daily. The more we live the closer to death (in this world) we go.

So in case you’re a glass-half-full person, this list helps ensure a happy fulfilled life.

1. Help someone: can be a friend or a stranger but yourself counts too.

2. Do something that brings you closer to a goal (1% counts).

3. Enumerate 5 blessings for the day (including the challenges and perceived misfortunes and see how it has or may serve you).

A friend that made you laugh?

A witty meme you saw?

Enjoying a yummy meal?

Be present in every moment and really, really feel.

6. Celebrate other people’s success and congratulate them.

7. Pay someone a compliment (again, that someone can be you).

8. Eat more healthy stuff than shit food.

9. Pay attention to your body and always have time for a good rest.

10. Do yoga or anything that stretches your muscles.
