Do Not Recycle Your Emotions


⁣By feeding your emotions evidence to support it, and keep it alive or amplifying it. ⁣

⁣For example when you’re feeling jealous and what you do is look for evidence to be more jealous with your partner. ⁣

⁣WHO IS GUILTY?? ⁣wink

So what do you do, you sneak in to his social media stalk all the photos he has a heart react on….⁣

Maybe even steal his phone and SCROOOOOLLLLL all the way down to last year where he said hi and sent an emoji to that cute coffee shop barista or neighbor he met and connected with? ⁣

⁣Feel what you need to feel but keep your perceptive realistic. ⁣

⁣What you focus on, is where your energy goes, and that’s what you’ll get more of. ⁣⁣⁣

The awareness that you CAN choose a different experience without needing anything external to change- simply by shifting your choice of FOCUS. ⁣

⁣That’s liberating! ⁣

Open your heart and clear your mind and look for evidence that may question your beliefs and your consequently, your emotions.
